Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I wrote mails, writing that I couldn't send the item as they asked, because on their refund page they had another item description that I didn't have.

And the amount was different (28 dollars while I payed 80 euros with the shipment). Then they, after corresponding with me for about 5 days, have agreed to refund all the amount!.

I've ordered a beaded sweater Ralph Lauren, but have received a different simple, non beaded, dark sweater. And I also had to pay tax fees at the time of delivery of the parcel. A negative experience.

My package was sent out with the wrong address. It was out for delivery yesterday. I contacted FedEx to correct, they said they couldnt change unless the change came from the vendor. Couldnt get anyone at Decor Steal but the voice mail so I guess the are sending my Spring Box back. I have cabinet with the wrong address one the way, and the package that was delivered the day before was not there. SO.. help lets straighten this out..

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with steals.com. After placing an order and eagerly anticipating its arrival, I was shocked to receive an email notification informing me that my order had been canceled. What's worse is that no explanation was provided whatsoever.

No order number to send the wrong item back

I ordered a Cece knit blazer with puffed sleeves What I got was a plain knit blazer with no puff sleeves, and the wrong brand. Not very happy. I want to start my return, but there was no information inside of the little bag that you squeezed the blazer in.

I purchased a dress, and the transaction was canceled by the website after the I received a confirmation email. I didn't receive neither the dress nor the refund. I bought another dress, it wasn't new WITH TAGS ON as mentioned in the description. It's not fit and flare as the title says, and it's completely different from the the model in the picture. I bought another dress from them and it was good. The overall experience is not good

I was charged for three items and only wanted one. It was $256.78 more than I ordered. Ill send products back never opened and get refunded. Order number 15070****. Im not pissed. Just want my money back love your products, love your company.

I got a cheap cloth face mask delivered instead of an NFL sweatshirt and stuffed toy that was ordered. They responded to my original email saying it was out of stock (according to the website it wasnt) gave me a refund for the item but would not refund the shipping charge. It was their error! They would not respond. I would never buy from them again.
